The Automation Infrastructure team design and build a range of services to support YouView's development and operations teams. We research and invest in hardware to create bespoke automation rigs, supporting automated testing and remote access to set top boxes. We develop software in Python to manage these rigs and provide UIs and APIs to enable others to use them. We provide and maintain infrastructure to host applications "on-premises" to support a variety of business requirements. Our goal is to create solutions that enable YouView's other teams to focus on what they do best.
